  • List and demonstrate knowledge of elements of a ROSC;
  • Examine the differences between the current, more acute care model and a recovery model of care;
  • Identify what comprises Recovery Support Services, including those for special populations, and determine which ones are currently being utilized in their agencies;
  • Define the elements of recovery coaching; and
  • Craft specific ROSC strategies for their agencies.

Women with substance use disorders (SUD) face numerous personal and system barriers to entering and staying in treatment and to supporting their long-term recovery. As a result, they have specific needs that, if addressed, can enhance both their treatment success and recovery capital.
